Hi all, my IP has asked me to apply for remortgage for equity release. They have said i will more than likely to be rejected which is obviously what I want. Can anyone advise, can I apply online and print off the rejection or do I need to do something else i.e. visit a branch etc etc. Also can anyone suggest a couple of high street banks which are likely to reject me ? Thanks

Your mortgage provider needs to be one that you check, and any other reputable company.

Some brokers may charge you for this - so get your IP to fund any costs associated with obtaining the necessary documentation.
