Hi Sean, why would you think your IP has discharged themselves? Who are you with?

Have you received a final report from your creditors?

HI my user name has changed same topic.
On my last income and exp in dec 09 my ip stated that they are trying to dicharge themselfs. I have been phoning there office for over a week now with no one answering the phone, i need to get hold of them urgently to sort out a f/f settlement with them.
I am thinking of driving down to there offices, what do you think?

Hi and thanks to your replies. I decided to drive 50 miles to yorkshire to find out what was happening. They had moved from where they were without informing me there new address or telephone number, but after all it was worth it i found alot out and we will be able to get the ball rolling on a f/f settlement.
When they stated on my yearly report that they were looking to discharge themself it was just legal jargen meaning at the end of the year after informing creditors they discharge themselfs until the creditor sees that everything is ok with my income so it just continues for another year.
Thanks again.

I've replied on your other thread Sean.

Just not heard of it happening before. My IP has never said that to me at all.
