My Iva full and final offer has been accepted what I have to ask after payment

Well done -- Congratulations !

Once you have made payment your IP will commence closure procedures. This can take 3 - 6 months, but is often earlier. Then you will be issued with a completion certificate ( keep this in a safe place) and the IVA will be done. Have a read here: https://www.iva.co.uk/what-does-an-iva- ... dit-record

Thanks foggy you have been helpful line more thing can I cancel the direct debit and also I signed one paper for the property which stops me to sell I don’t exactly know what to say that paper
Do I have to ask about to remove restrictions on the property to sell?

As long as you have not missed any payments that they need to catch up on, yes, you can cancel the direct debit. And -- good thinking on the RX4 restriction.... This will need to be removed by your IP, but, so often, IPs keep forgetting to do this, so a subtle reminder to them from you would not go astray.
