My Iva has been accepted today , the relief is unbelievable. I spoke to Keith white from a form I completed on this forum . He was so helpful and understanding. Keith put me in contact with Middlebrooks insolvency firm . They have been amazing. The ip Jason Bowen has literally been a life saver . At my lowest point he and Lisa Youngs the business manager were there for me . When I needed kindness and compassion they were on hand . I could not have got through this without them . I cannot thank them enough. It’s amazing how people I will probably never meet would do so much to help someone in an hour of need . I cannot recommend Middlebrooks highly enough . Also I had 2 so called problem creditors ie zopa and addlestone Keane who act on behalf of hitachi. Both said yes to my Iva , maybe a lesson I could recommend from this is don t believe everything that’s on the internet. Creditors do look at your situation and will accept Iva s . Ps if anyone knows Jason Bowen my ip please give him a massive handshake from me

Great news Kevin. And good to hear that Middlebrooks have been so helpful and supportive.

Might I ask what your projected dividend is ? Just curious, as Zopa have a reputation for rejecting lower offers.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Welcome to the journey! I still remember getting The Call myself, and wanting to almost cry with relief. It must be amazing making those calls and hearing the relief in people's voices.

I to had a IVA go through with middlebrooks and I also found Jason to be outstanding
My first IVA got rejected through my own fault but Jason worked really hard to make sure the second one was excepted and wasn't judgemental around the circumstances
I would also recommend middlebrooks insolvency and Keith at IVA.com
They both excellent at what they do
