My largest debt is joint with my ex-partner (our house has now been repossessed), as I am trying to remain in touch with the mortgage company and they cannot seem to contact him (nor do they seem interested in contacting him) I am the only one being chased for the £32000 deficit, if I apply for an IVA with this joint debt where will we both stand?

Hi and welcome
You are both liable for the full amount, so if you enter into an IVA they will chase your ex partner for the debt. Once your IVA is completed your liability for the debt will end.
Your partner will still owe the full amount less any payments the creditor has received from your IVA
