my loan was taken over by santander

my loan was taken over by santander in october 2009 i didnt get any letter to the fact and today i have just recivced a letter from them with a charge of 850 even doug alliance and leicester agreed to me pay them every month without interest and refund monies back due to miss sold ppp what can i do pls

sounds like he had a DMP/payment plan with the alliance & leicester prior to santander taking over but santander havent honoured the agreement.
best bet is to call santander and explain the situation - you might just need to go back through their own DMP agreement process that's all.
I'm guessing you arranged the payment plan yourself rather than going through the likes of CCCS?
