I’ve had my lump sum Iva accepted , going through stepchange . Here are my voting results :
Total debt £53,322 with a lump sum offer of £6000 , pence in £ return of around 9.56.

I had 13 creditors , 10 voted , the 3 that didn’t were Zopa, Sunny and Close brothers.

9 out of 10 voters were accepted of which were Barclays, barclaycard , capital one , mbna , newday (x2) , PayPal , tesco and vanquis and shawbrook bank rejected .

This left me with just under a 77% acceptance , so just got through !

Shawbrook is one I didn’t thing would accept , I couldn’t find a lot of info about them in IVA agreements prior , and they were one of my most recent creditors , they did hold a fair amount of my debt so luckily none of the others rejected .

Hopefully this helps others! Oh and also I had some minor amendments to the proposal , none of which really affected me , they were more down to StepChange’s fees and I believe most of these changes were asked for by MBNA mainly .

Interesting, MBNA were the only ones to request mods to mine too, also Stepchange. Stepchange rejected it as I just had the percentage required without MBNA and their modifications.
