There are no fees for actually seeking advice - and usually IPs will only start to charge once the IVA is in place and the fees are then drawn out of the contributions you make before monies are handed over to creditors.

Do make sure you speak to more than 1 IP in respect of proposing an IVA.

Had my meeting and have decided to go for an IVA. Huge relief but am now worried that I'll be declined. Why would this happen?
