We have a gym at work which costs about a fiver a month.

Trouble is though that once I've finished work, I just want to get clean away!

I work right next to a sports complex and every intention of going but you know how it is! Oh I know I'm useless!

Most of the gyms here contract you in for 12/18 months and you sign to say this if you don't go you basically still pay and I would honour my contract but not sure I'd use it so it may be better although more expensive to use a pay as you go basis. x

I'd start with PAYG Lesley. Although it's more expensive, at least you'll get a feel for whether you'll use it.

I think that's a good idea Skippy, I do want to go at the minute and would be dedicated this month but only one thing has to happen and I know I'd be distracted. x

I'm hoping to start again tomorrow as it's about 6 weeks since I last went - I was ill when I got home and was a bit scared to go for a while, although 6 weeks was a bit extreme!
