So I had a email for my annual review and they email asked me to click on the link, what is does it logs into your bank and gets you a
Statement of your bank so they’ve got my details for the last year and they’ve share it with credit fix ..makes an average of your incoming and outgoing. For some reason I feel nerves and worried. I don’t know what I have to do now. Probably wait for them to get in touch. What’s the worst thing that could come out of it?

Personally I wouldn't do it. Send details via email.

I would not share my details with them in that way. I would send them hard paper versions of statements of the periods requested.

This methodology doesn't feel safe / secure to me.

I agree -- I would not give any third party access to my bank account. Nothing against the IVA provider specifically, but, with all the data hacks and breaches going on I would not be spreading my details around the WWW.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Keep us updated on what happens as mine is due shortly as I believe ours was around the same time. Be good to know in advance what happens with this? As I was told this is how they do reviews now.

They also have a app now which allows you to upload documents so couldn’t you be allowed to take a photo of the evidence they need and upload it on the app for the review instead? 🤷🏻‍♀️
