Hi, I was lucky enough to of paid my IVA early. My completion date was April 10th 2021. This is still showing up on the Insolvency register. Was I led to believe this comes off 3 months after the completion date, or 3 months after the full term, in my case 2025?
Will my name be remove from IR if I completed mt IVA early, or will it remain until 3 months after the 6 years from commencement?
It should come off up to three months from the completion date --- that is the date the completion certificate is issued and a copy sent to the Insolvency Service.
You say your completion date was 10th April --- is that the date the certificate was issued or the date you made your final payment ?
Does your register entry say 'completed' ?
If 10th April was the certificate issue date, use the 'report error' button on your register entry to open a dialogue and tell them.
