Well things seem to be moving along!
We have been in touch eith The Select Partnership and the light is at the end of the tunnel!
We have made a decision regarding equity release and have submitted our documents to sort that out.
CF have scheduled a creditors meeting for this week to discuss the variation (i dont understand why it is a 'variation' when it is in our t&c's to deal with equity-but hey ho im just letting it run!)
So meeting this week and hopefully all being well they will accept what we are able to release and it will be over!

I assume we still need to make all 60 payments even when this is accepted? Select said we wouldnt have to if equity release funds accepted before the end of the iva and we wouldnt be expected to make 2 payments in same month (iva and equity release loan) so notsure what to do really!
Any advice?

It is our equity release phase.
We are going to make payment number 59 next week. Payment 60 due early June but by then we will know if creditors have accepted our equity release figure.
