I thought if a creditor didn't vote by the deadline then their vote is given as what the majority voted for. In my case only two of 12 creditors voted and they both approved it so the rest are declared as approved.
It depends on the voting power (related to the debt amount) as to whether a non voter could change a "no" into a "yes" .... there is a small window during which the IP can canvass the non voters to get a yes.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I really feel for you! They should be chasing this big time.

Still waiting for NatWest
Your making me worry, Natwest are one of my biggest creditors :/ hoping good news for you.
Apparently it’s because their busy - not because they are definitely saying no, but annoying their taking so long I just hope after all the waiting it’s not for a bloody no !!
I just wanted to chime in, my creditors meeting was today and I got a call at 11 saying that they have had to adjourn the meeting. I was all set and prepared today for yes/no but not a wait for 2 more weeks for the next meeting! I am losing my mind right now! (I feel your pain!)

Payplan, they told me that they didn’t have all the votes in and we need to allow them more time. I’ve waited for over two weeks for this meeting, overthought every possible outcome, stressed to the high heavens as this is such a huge point in my life. I’ve been deceiving myself for years and years that it would get better, I just want to get my life back on track

No - your IP will do it all. If you should get any calls from creditors in the near future just tell them you are in an IVA and they should not contact you. It does sometimes take a while for news to filter down to the call staff.
