Stressing again - my main creditor with 38% is a credit union, paid for over 12 months directly from my wages. Having read through I note that not a lot of people have this type of loan and it’s possible because it’s a members contribution type they will refuse the Iva - any advice ? Aperture said it would come down to them and to cross my fingers !

Credit unions do not generally like IVA's .... but, they might not vote ! Or, they might be one that will accept the IVA. Fingers crossed.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Of all my creditors, 15 in total, only two actually voted in the creditors vote, one was a credit union and the other was Everyday Loans, both said yes to the proposal.
