because your percentage in the £ of payment back to the creditors would be lower and the creditors would have to consider a variation on the agreement and could reject the new amount therefore terminating the IVA. That is why it potentially could be in danger.

I am confused RHB. I said that you could put forward the offer and if rejected your IVA could continue on as normal. I never mentioned anything about your IVA being in danger whether you changed jobs or tried an early settlement. I did agree with Andy that an extra couple of thousand would stand a better chance of being accepted but a rejected full and final would not put your IVA in jeopardy.
