My Partner has been offered a new job within insurance the position is "Senior Claims Executive" He is worried as he currently has an IVA, would this effect him getting the job? He has been honest and advised of the IVA. Any advice would greatly Appreciated.
I am so sorry. It appears we have not seen or responded to your post in May. I am hoping for 7 months on your partner is still in employment, and his iva did not impact his new role.
