Hi , my Wife and I have both separate IVA’s in place and been running for about 2 3/4 years now !
Once the IVA is completed , is there any problems I would face in regards to a new Mortgage ? Or is it wise to wait a while to let things settle down first !
Where could I get help about this ?

You would be advised to wait as long as possible after the IVAs are completed and at least until the 6 years has passed ( from the start dates) and your credit records clear up. As time passes, more and better deals open up to you.

It would also be advisable to consult with a whole of market broker who is experienced in dealing with adverse credit --- the aim would be to make one successful application, when the time comes, rather than failed applications to unsuitable lenders, as each one of these mars your credit record again.

We have two such brokers on forum who will advise with no obligation: Ryan and Shaun. Thier contact details can be gleaned from their profile pages here:

Shaun: memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=22837
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
