Hi everyone,
I'm new here, but have read every post i think since starting down this road [:)]
I'm awaiting to hear when my crediters meeting is as i have signed all my draft etc and sent it back.
Anxiety has definitely kicked in and i feel in limbo, worried to death things wont go to plan!!
Halifax are my main crediters and i was just wondering has anyone had dealings with them on prev iva's as on many posts i've noticed mbna have very strike guidlines (thankfully not one of my crediters)
Cheers x

I had no problems with Halifax at all.

Try not to worry too much although that is easy to say and difficult to do, you will find lots of new friends here who are all on the same journey you are embarking on, I found it a comfort to find I was not alone.

Hi - I'm new too. Just started our IVA (accepted Weds) and I have felt in limbo for the past few weeks. I was convinced all of my creditors would not accept, but they did. Hopefully yours will too -good luck!
