Hi everyone I'm still about and still read but don't post that often as I tend to leave it all to the experts.
However I have a question and wonder if anyone knows why newspapers(local one's)mine anyway doesn't seem to post names of bankruptcy notices anymore?

They can still be posted in there, it's down to the discretion of the OR but will mostly be done where they think others may have an interest in that persons bankruptcy.

It is still published in the London Gazette though.

I've had this conversation with my hubby tonight as the whole of his firm have been called in for a meeting tomorrow at 07:30, my initial thoughts redundancy and what we going to do, every the pessimist I know but I can't help it and I did say to hubby we'll end up bankrupt but I guess we'll not be in the paper so that's one thing. x
