Hi! It’s been a while since i last posted here. And now, only nine months to go and the 6 years+ in iva will soon be over☺️(3months break+12months extension)
I would like to ask, what happens at this stage? Do i need to send final I&E? Wait for iva company to tell me what to do next? Last payment in July 2019, will i cancel standing order after July payment? And approximately when should i expect to receive the most awaited CC after last payment? Many many thanks for all your advice. :)

They will do a final review, which will concentrate more on the income side, to check there is no income unaccounted for during the final year. You should get their confirmation before stopping the standing order, but I feel that it is easier to pay anything missed when asked, than it is to get an overpayment back from the IP ! So, if they do not confirm in time I would stop it anyway, but keep the payments aside just in case they want more.

Most firms take a few months to issue the completion certificate, some even do it in weeks, but Aperture, more often than not, tend to take the full 6 months (sometimes even more). However, we have had a few posts recently saying they have done it in three.

I found that, whenever you needed to know anything, or get something done, it was a case of being a flea in their ear and irritating them until they had to scratch !
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

My IVA was 75 months and once I made the last payment my IP confirmed it was OK to cancel my standing order. They emailed me my final review paperwork which I completed and returned. After that it all went quiet until out of the blue 18 weeks later I received a phone call from my IP informing me that my IVA had be successfully completed and was now closed. They then emailed me my final report and completion documents and 2 weeks later i received copies in the post.
9 months will go quick but as far as your completion certificate in my own personal opinion it depends on your IP .hope this helps.
