ref fp100800 i completed my IVA on February 2020, with Aperture, Elaine Masters was dealing with my case, and said that i would receive a certificate to state that i was debt free, by August 2020 i have phoned on numerus occasions but unfortunate i have been unable to contact, anyone, and still have not received it, i am still receiving letters off company's that were part of the IVA so please can you help me ...thank you
Aperture has now been taken over by Jarvis so you need to contact them. Check the Insolvency Register to see if you still have the same IP and send an email.
