No communication following creditors meeting today

Had an iva creditors meeting today credit fix are dealing with it was 12.10pm but had no phone call and tried too get through too them but no answer getting worried now heard nothing all day only an email saying it was taking place

CF are not the best at getting back to you -keep pestering them tomorrow.

Unfortunately this is common practice for CF! they seen to think the customer doesnt need/want to know and you are usually the last to know any updates! call again tomorrow. Good luck.

As mentioned, this is common practice with CF ... they also seem to routinely get meetings adjourned and are the only firm this is happening to, which makes me suspect that there is, again, something amiss with their practice and procedures.

Iva approved such a relief!! Some creditors wasn't showing does this mean they didn't vote?

The list in the Chairman's Report will be of those who voted, but those who didn't vote (and are listed in the full list of creditors) are still bound by the IVA.
