No completion certificate

Good evening last payment made on Jan 18 ,2018 and still no one can say when I will receive my completion certificate phone 3 times and every time a different reason given as to why it's delayed what steps can I take .

Sadly some companies do take alot longer than others to get the completion process done... if it were me I would be making a nuisance of myself and be ringing every week for a fewcweeks tgen increase the intensity to every other day ...
I would also write a letter of complaint to them following their complaints procedure.

As luluj says ... make a formal complaint, which you can escalate to their regulatory body if need be.
