Hi all,

I completed my IVA in 2011 with Blair Endersby (just as they closed).

I have recently done PPI claims and one company has sent a letter to say i am owed a refund (£2700). In the letter they sent a consent form for me to sign saying they would send the cheque to my insolvency practitioner who they had listed as Aperture

I called Aperture after working out that they are Grant Thornton's who bought out Blair Endersby IVA's list. Aperture have no record of me or my IVA at all.
Aperture have sent me an email saying they have no interest in my PPI payout and that the money should be paid to me not them.

I called the Co-op (the PPI payout) and the person who i spoke to didnt really know what to do and said they would refer it to another department.

Im not sure where to go now, as i cant sign the consent form as Aperture don't want the cheque sent to them, but the co-op say it needs to go to my IVA company which doesnt exist anymore.

A letter of no interest from Aperture should suffice to allow the Co-Op to pay you direct.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
