No response from Aperture

I have had an IVA with grant Thornton/ Aperture, since October 2015.
I became unemployed in October 2017 due to caring responsibilities and informed them straight away, I asked for a review as I had been paying nearly £250 a month.
I sent all proof of income as now on benefits and bank statements and was told it would be sorted in due course.
It is now August 2019 and after many emails and phone calls it has still not been reviewed.
I have re sent them many times and keep getting different responses depending on who I speak to.
I never get a response for weeks and impossible to contact by phone so were do I go from here as it's been 2 yrs trying to get it sorted.

You need to lodge a formal complaint with Aperture, which you can escalate to their regulatory body if no joy: ... actitioner
