Hi

Just want to say it is 12.30am on 5th October 2019 and I have just looked on the Insolvency register and my name has gone. My IVA completed on 28th June and notice was received by the register on 5th July so exactly 3 months. What a strange feeling it is. I am officially solvent. :D
Thanks for reading my post and understanding what it means, I have kept this secret from everyone but my husband and now I can stop worrying that somebody might see my name on that list. Will still wonder if anyone did see it but I don't care now.
Thanks and I hope you see light at the end of the tunnel because it is there.

I remember that day well ..
It is a new start ... step back and now reflect on how far you have come, but don't dwell on it. The future is bright .... think about what you can do and start to live your life again, knowing you have learnt so many new life skills ....

Great news!!

Excellent news -- it is great to be "normal" again, isn't it ?

Actually I bet "normal" is no longer politically correct, so I should say "It is great to be financially typical again!"
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Congratulations!
Onwardsand upwards!
Remember the feeling well! To be honest so few know about the register (unless theyve been on it!) that I doubt anyone would have seen you but i know the anxiety of ‘what if’.
Its done now. Gone.
Work on rebuilding credit history. A small amount on credit card which you pay off works wonders. Scary having a CC in your purse again but this does help rebuild creditors trust in you and how you manage credit.
Once again congratulations and enjoy!
