offered conflicting advice by Pay Plan case workers

I am in the same situation with payplan, 5 weeks and no response regarding my F&F, sent 2 e-mails no answer, called asked about my IP contact no. the anwser was they are not allowed to speak to clients I am in a mess, nothing has been done. the IP details in not available in the internet!!!

You're right! I've just searched for mine and he's not on there.

Unless he has left the company, I have no idea what has happened.

Look at the email addresses of other people at Payplan and substitute the first name and surnam for that of your ip.

The worst that can happen is you get a delivery failure email

Worth a go :)

You would be perfectly within your rights to make a complaint to the insolvency practitioner's professional body about this.The engagement is with the IP personally and not the organisation that he works for and, in my opinion, he has a professional obligation to speak to you if you are not satisfied with the advice that his staff have given you.

If you go down this route you do, of course, need to make sure that your reasoning is sound as to why the staff are not providing you with a clear enough explanation.

If I was you I would put this to the case worker and if you still do not get an adequate response, post again and I'll point you in the right direction.

Okay, I assumed at least one of them was on there.

Anyone here got an email address of a "case worker"?? The format is almost certainly going to be the same....

One of them used to post on here but doesn't seem to anymore.

wont give out the name of my case worker but the generic last part is always @payplan.com
cc received 6th January 2014 now upwards and onwards
