I had an IVA 8 years ago and my debt was written off. My Grandmother passed away in December 2019. Will I have to pay back any money or will I keep all of my inheritance? Also being as it was 8 years ago do I even have to disclose it?

As long as you had your completion documents the IVA has no call on this inheritance and need not be disclosed. The executors will check the Insolvency Register and see nothing there.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Sorry for your loss. As foggy describes if your completion certificate was issued at the end of your iva then any inheritance is yours to keep.
