Old Iva certificate

Hi, iam looking for an IVA certificate that i made back in 2009, is there any chance to get it?
The bank that i use to be with is asking for the certificate , so i can get a PPI claim

Hi,

You need to contact your old IP company to ask for a copy. Are your bank doing this claim?

PPI could still belong to the IVA regardless of completion. A decade after the fact and records are likely to have been destroyed anyway.

As Kallis says, your old firm might still have a copy. Other than that the Insolvency service might have kept their copy (long shot). Finally, have a search through your old, archived, emails ... you might have been sent a copy.
