Our creditors have a meeting on 12/10, our biggest debt is to black horse of £10,200,everything totalling 17k do you think our chances are good for getting the IVA?

Well our IVA was approved, the votes even came in early, so great news. Bad news is that Chase Sauders who we had our dmp with said they were retaining the creditors payments and that we would get this back. However, they decided to pay our creditors on 6/10, so we get nothing back now. I rang one of my creditors to see if they had received it and they said no, I definately smell a big fat rat!
