Thanks everyone for your advice, David I have the agreement I don't seem to be able to access your Fax number, as an alternate I can send the agreement over to you as a pdf attachment.

Also it looks as though I may have been mis-sold the insurance I took out at the time of purchase via Pinnacle Insurance which they refused to pay because my circumstances changed. One other question, it seems that the policy holder of my payment protection insurance is the same company that is seeking to place a charge on my property (who now seem to own the company I took the HP agreement out with),...

my head hurts, help ;-)

Hello David, I don't have your email as this functionality seems to have been removed from your profile here is ******** can you mail a blank to me and I'll reply with the pdf's. So as to protect your mail address.

I think there may be case possible for a mis-sold payment protection plan, I have the policy for this too and this is all beginning to look like a complete stitch up by the companies in question.

Thanks Martyn

* I know you posted a link martyn but it's still your email addy so for your security, I have deleted it, you can find David's details on his website or alternatively maybe Admin can pass on your details to David.[:)]

All I need to do is email the pdf's over so David can check the agreement for me I can't email him because the link is disabled, now my email has been removed, when I click on the link to his web-site(within the iva.co.uk frame and site) his or anyones details are withheld until you sign in and when you sign in the username and password that I've signed in with here fine, are now invalid, this is turning a simple request for a pdf into the quest for the holy grail!

When I phone the 0800 324 7011 number on the page the link takes me to is either incorrect or a dead number...
