Hi all, I had an overdraft on my account as I stupidly did not think it would be wrong, Im guessing this will cause a breach and is there anyway out?

You would need to repay the O/D and remove any O/D facility from your account. It might be possible to negotiate a payment break to cover the O/D ( this will be tacked back on at the end of the IVA ).

I have paid it back already by shuffling expenditure (beans on toast for awhile) and the OD has been removed from the account, its my first annual review this month my IP supervisor wanted last 3 bank statements and a OD charge shows up on my OCT one.

I would submit your bank statements and be ready to explain if asked. Put money on it you won't be asked though ....

Well done for sorting it out so quickly

Personally, in this case, I would not go waving sharp sticks around a sleeping bear ! They may well not notice.
