I made a settlement and completed my IVA in 2019 after going into it in 2017. On my credit report all lenders but one have put that the debt was part of a IVA which has been settled and the default amount is now zero. One Lender hasn't done this, is there a way I can contact the lender to make the same change so it is reflected on my credit score, I know the default has to remain but its doesn't reflect that there has been a partial settlement.

The status is up to the creditor to describe as they see it. but, at the end of the day, this makes little difference as the issue is the default itself, rather than the status, and this will disappear, lock, stock and barrel, at the 6 year mark, regardless of status. Do make sure that they are dated correctly, so that they do disappear on time.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
