Hi all ,
Mr girlfriend who I live with has entered an IVA is this something can affect my own IVA payment as we live together so both our incomes were included in my income and expenditure . It’s just my review is coming up in March/April time so I like to be prepared for them !

Her income in your I&E should only have been for the purposes of calculating the fair share of the household expenses, which will still stand if she enters an IVA. As far as I know, except in extreme cases where a second income is required to make a viable repayment, only Payplan combines incomes to make up the repayment amount -- or at least they used to.

When I did my review last year it had to all go into one pot so to speak and my payment was taken out of that so if that’s the case I will be having a word with them

I’m not happy with them as it is really... they just don’t seem to understand how my payment structure In my employers works and they are just taking a look at my whole earnings rather than what my basic pay is
