Hi

If my IVA gets accepted and my wife recieves an inheritance during the IVA period does this effect me in any way. I know for the IE her income was calculated and she was shown to be contributing to the household bills but will they expect her to pay more thus increasing my contributions if she has a sudden windfall due to inheritance.

Definately not - any inheritance she may receive is hers to keep, but she could give you some of it as a lump sum to offer a full and final settlement with.

Not at all - her financial affairs are her own, and you can rest assured that any money she comes into in her own right is hers to keep.
