TSB have blocked this account in error --- I assume they have got wind of an IVA application you are making and are applying bankruptcy procedures that do not apply to IVAs : Namely, freezing your assets (accounts) to the order of the Official Receiver (OR). Accounts do not need to be frozen in an IVA application and there is no OR.

You can tell them this and / or your prospective IP can contact them ( probably quicker) to release the funds to you.

In the longer term, it would also be an idea for you to have separate accounts, as the IVA will taint both parties with joint finances.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
IVA Completed 23rd July 2013 .... C.C. 10th January 2014
