Yeah but paying mortgage for house which gonna be sold is not perfect idea ... I can rent house for money which should go on mortgage ... I dont know what to do to be honest ... I still waiting for decision what happen with my IVA ...

So definitely when IVA fails is unlikely to be approved again?

At the moment you have a house ... a home ... somewhere to live, which you will be allowed to stay in for nearly three years before the OR decides what to do with it (IF you are made bankrupt). You will, as I have already said, find it difficult to rent ... you will fail the credit check and you will need to find the deposit and advance rent. You will still be spending the money, whether on mortgage or rent -- you will be no better off. Give yourself time to see what is happening and to take proper advice. You are running around like a headless chicken and that will get you nowhere !

There is no point in asking all these questions if you are not even considering the answers. Speak to another IP who you can give the whole story to.
