I’m currently in 6 years down and another 6 months to go on an IVA. A family friend has offered to pay the remaining off, I pay £161 per month so what should I offer as my final offer. Any does anyone have an example of a letter I can send to the company.

Many thanks

To be honest, I wouldn't bother now. By the time you have put your offer in and the meeting goes ahead it would almost be finished anyway. Just let it run its course now.

I doubt they would accept anything less than the full amount left due and, even then, due to the time scales, I doubt thet your IP would even consider putting it forward, bearing in mind that it could take 3 months to the meeting and cost an extra £300 or so in fees.
