Hello we have got a full settlement meeting on April 27th I have just noticed Creditfix haven’t taken payment? Which was due on the 1st of every month Is this normal?

I would check with them --- they might (might!) be imposing a blanket break in payments. Stepchange are offering a three month break to DMP customers, I have been told --- or at least some customers, but, at least they are asking first.

I have to add that CF do have a tendency to do things differently to the established norm ! It may be their policy to stop collecting, pending a successful offer --- would be interesting to know.

In the meeting information on the email it says...

Until that time, the debtor’s obligations under the arrangement shall continue except for the requirement to continue making monthly contributions.

Sounds like they have placed a moratorium on payments until the meeting. But, of course we hope not, but, if the offer is refused those payments will become due -- so I would suggest popping it to one side for now ... just in case.
