payments are so high I'm still struggling

i am currently on an iva,i am 3 yrs into this but my payments are so high im still struggling i talked to them they told me to cut down on my outgoings!.is there anything i can do?

Hi Sharon and welcome to the forum

Have you submitted a revised income and expenditure summary to your IP detailing the areas where you feel you have insufficient allowance? And can you check with your IP that you have the full allowances under the CCCS guidelines, as there may be some scope for increases there.

If they don't listen to you, and you genuinely feel after taking the above steps that you are getting nowhere, it may be an option to consider declaring yourself bankrupt.
