Payments went to IVA company after IVA was finished

I had an iva with mitchell Farrar. Was paying them £188 pm. They changed to Credit Fix and continued paying £188 pm. My IVA was completed end of June 2019. Waiting for certificate of completion. However end of July and end of August 2019 two payments each of £188 went to Mitchell Farrar. Have tried to contact them but no luck with their nos. How can I get my two payments back. I need them urgently.
