It is always best to speak to several companies before making a decision.

I've had the same case officer now for 18 months and am more than satisfied with the level of care and contact I have had from her.

I've never been phoned at work, I don't think they have my number there. It's always been on the home phone.

Well its now another day passed and no contact at all from my case officer, I refuse to phone them as the reply I got made yesterday me mad...'sorry but there is no available to help you, what time would it be suitable to ring you back?'
Well I've already done that, its was supposed to be the 28th at 2pm[:(!]

My present case officer is now my fifth in three yrs....Never even spoke to her.

The change of offices was last September/October, they are in the same building but in a different office/floor or whatever so any correspondence will still reach them, I was told this when I was sent somebody else's wageslips late last year and they blamed the change of offices for the mix up....

Now gonna email my case officer again...we'll see what come back

I'm with Payplan sandalwood.

You have had a bad time Endsmeet and I hope you can get in touch with them.

Have you tried emailing the IP direct?

Hello, I am too with Payplan, we are on our 2nd Case Officer since April 2010. I have always found Payplan to be polite and efficient, well, this last week I have emailed my Case Office no reply yet concerning ongoing problems with Tesco Credit Card, my husband has emailed them as well ( joint IVAS) as we only have a cashcard with Nationwide so were wondering about a pre-paid card, but didn't want to go against IVA rules. He has head nothing. I hope this not going to be the norm, I am pretty sure we will have not contact other than 3 monthly wages slips and yearly review, as we are a quite straight forward case. I will wait and see if we get replies tomorrow. I was highly recommend Payplan and was directed to them from the CAB, and I have given otehr people in debt their details too. Does anyone from Payplan post on here ? 3rd payment out Thursday, can't believe it.

I'm with PayPlan and have had 2 different case officers in the last year, they tend to change when i assume my usual case officer is on holiday as it will still have her email address but someone else's name on the letter.

The only issue i had with them was when i moved house, i entered my new address 3 times on Justabank and finally emailed my case officer to change it.

I don't call them often and dread any letters landing on my door mat, so i'm really happy with the service i have received so far.

In Payplans defence I could not fault them at all! I received excellent service from my IP and always found them very polite, helpful and prompt during my IVA. I would strongly recommend them.

My case officer went through the car insurance pitch at the 'meet your case officer phone call'(which I had to initiate!) - I said wasn't interested, full stop. Next day had an email from her saying how glad she was I was interested in a quote !! - emailed back saying again not interested, please stop!!
They replied that PP was only trying to save me money (gain commission more like!!)
My IVA failed 2 months ago - had an email from Justabank last week - saying how they were missing me and they hoped I would be logging on soon to use their services - emailed old case officer to update their records.
Apparently Payplan has topped the 100 best companies to work for, for some time now - They must pay a good bonus/salary package for their staff to vote thus!!![;)] Its all gravey.
Regards
Hugo

Hi

No my IVA failed because my circumstances dramatically changed and couldn't afford the payments.
My issue with PP is the quality, competence and objectiveness of their 'help'
In hindsight I would never have gone with the IVA!
They spent money hooking you in, then once signed up let you dangle.
Have sought and taken better independant advice since which better suits my needs!
Would not recomend PP

Regards

Hugo

I finally received a reply this morning, they said that they were busy with a phone call on Monday ( I waited 4hrs...hell of a phone call [;)]) and then busy again yesterday in meetings etc.

I know that these things happen but please just let me know ( it only takes an email) so I am not waiting for 4hrs each afternoon, this is what I am trying to say with reference to their 'customer service', it has gone downhill in the past few months in my opinion.

I am now gonna have my annual review at 2.30pm today....fingers crossed...if they phone...they might be busy again[;)]
