This company is still sending out default notices in my account despite my Iva was completed in April 2017. Does anyone know how to contact them as nothing came up when I googled

What do you mean by sending out default notices ? Are you getting them through the piost ? They should have contact details on them ... what date was the default ? Your IP should have a contact.

It's on my credit file. I've checked with creditfix and they were paid once the Iva was settled last April.
Creditfix said to google them to find their contact details, but the only thing on Google is about default notices with this company!

If CF have been paying them and sending reports they must have a contact -- insist on speaking to the organ grinder !

I have finally got through to someone at creditfix who have re-issued my creditor report to both the Pco holdco company & to Noddle, so hopefully the default will be removed.
It's been on my file each month since 2017, despite the IVA having been completed in April 2017.

When did the IVA begin as the defaults will show for 6 years from the start date?

December 2013 but they are the only creditor to show as defaults.

Provided the default date is the same as the IVA start date, as it should be, the default will continue to show until December 2019. Lenders do not have to report defaults to the agencies -- they might be reporting to another agency or not reporting at all -- have you checked all three ?

You'll have to wait until December 2019 for your credit record to clear I'm afraid.

Also if you have moved since the IVA began you need to include all your addresses in your personal information on the credit reports going back to the start date of the IVA - if you don't provide the address the IVA was recorded against the defaults won't always appear on the credit reports.
