Pension I didn't know about became payable while in IVA

HAD IVA 3 YEARS NO PROBLEM 2 YEARS LEFT ,,ALL INFO GIVEN AT START ,HOWEVER HAD 3 LETTERS FROM PRUDENTIAL 2017 GOING INTO 2018 AND IGNORE ,DIDNT KNOW WHY AND COME TO CONCLUSION WANTED TO SELL US SOMETHING FULL STOP ,BUT IN OCTOBER 2018 WE HAD A LETTER FROM DWP ASKING US TO CONTACT PRUDENTIAL ,AS THEY NEED TO SPEAK TO US WE DID ,AND FOUND OUT I HAD A PENSION ,5 MONTHS ON OFFERED OUR IVA A EARLY AND FULL ,SENT ALL THE PAPERWORK PENSION EVERYTHING EVEN THE LETTER FROM DWP AS THEY ASKED WHY I DIDNT INFORM THEM .THEY REPLIED WITH A BREACH ORDER ,AND FOR A MEETING ASKING FOR CREDITORS FOR US TO CONTINUE ,AND ASKING FOR A REASON WHY WE DIDNT TELL THEM 3 YEARS A GO ,IN WHICH I RANG AND CONFIRMED THEY HAD THE LETTER FROM THE DWP ,AND OFFERED FOR THEM TO CONTACT PRUDENTIAL ,BUT FOR SOME BIZARR REASON WONT ACCEPT IT ,I THINK SOMETHING NOT RIGHT ,HIDDEN AGENDA COMES TO MIND ,ANY ONE HELP

You need to speak to your IP/DWP about this. I doubt there will be a hidden agenda.

Please can I ask you don't post in capitals.

There won't be a hidden agenda -- possibly a lazy case worker, maybe. Ask to speak directly to your IP or a manager. If this gets no-where make a formal written complaint to them which you can escalate to their regulatory body if no joy.

we got a breach for not discosing pension ,however I proved we did not know about it till 6 months ago ,problem is ,they never asked me by phone ,I sent proof to them ,and a week later they organised a creditor meeting ref the pension ,this is bad practise for an iva company as I gave them my pension contact also sent picture of dwp letter stating I had to contact prudential dated 6 months ago ,iva took out over 3 years ago ,do the sums ,ive read normally stepchane ,sort issues out on phone asp ,but after we disclosed pension details thay arranged meeting with creditors ,what why

The pension will be a material change to the basis for the IVA, so creditors have to be informed.
