I have done Full and final IVA, all payments are done last year in september 2019. I am waiting for completion certificate. which will come in few weeks.

Can I get Bouncy Back Loan. Do I have to ask my IP for permission?
I have paid all agreed money any way.

My bank is willing to give me £50,000.
What I need to do now.
Its limited company.

I would be worried to take out a loan for that much if they would give it to you.

If you are still awaiting your completion certificate then you will need to seek their permission.

£50k is a hefty loan on the back of an iva and I would be really sure that is your best option as the payback on that will be high.

Best wishes in your endeavours and hope it all works out for you
