I'am a Personal Licence Holder and the Designated Premises Supervisor so..if I'am going bankrupt I still have the right to carry on my Personal Licence or I'll lose it? What could be the better solution because I've struggled myself into debits!!!

Hi
My understanding is that you can hold a personal license if bankrupt but not a premises license

Hi
Just to add that an IVA or debt management plan will not affect either

That's correct - but it ought to be pretty easy to get someone else to hold the DPS position if you run your own bar. Where are you working at the moment, or are you running your own business?

Do we know if this is the same now in 2020?

Currently going through an IVA and I'm the DPS and personal license holder for a business I would lose my job if this is affected.

Regards

Michael

Check the links that Foggy posted on your thread. This is an old thread and possibly not relevant today.

Make a call to an IP company or ask a question on their website and see what they say.
