PIP question

Hi I'm a year into my iva.. I'm also disabled and recieve pip. My disability has got worse and i just won my pip case and the cash will be back dated. Where do I stand with the iva.???

You will need to discuss this with your IP and it will depend on how your PIP is currently treated in the IVA. There is a lot of IP's discretion in an IVA (which isn't always a good thing) and only your own IP can definitely say how these things will be treated.

I hope you are able to agree with your IP on this. PIP should in my opinion, not be taken into account as it is there to support the person with additional paid help, or use of taxis for example if public transport is not suitable etc.
