Try not to worry easier said than done i know. We're still havin problems with RBS despite being 4 months in. Getting threatening phonecalls and letters. Were also with payplan, i just forward all stuff to them and let them deal with it, as they're the experts. I dont think payplan start actually paying creditors till about month 5 so they are bound to annoy us for their money. Just sit tight,

I'm with Payplan as well and my creditors weren't paid anything until I'd been in it 12 months.

We never had any calls at all afterwards and Tesco are well known for being a bit thick. When Skippy went bankrupt they told her they didn't recognise that!

Call centre staff usually work on a commission basis and will tell you anything to make you pay.
They cant legally do anything now as they are part of your IVA......its easy for us all to say but it will stop soon and you can get on without the added stress.

Dont worry xx

Like you Its early days for us too. Take a deep breath and remember
you are in your IVA and creditors can do nothing. You are not going to fail. We are also with Payplan and I am still constantly bombarding them with questions. I know you get something in your head
and it all blows up out of proportion. I still get occassional letters from creditors who appear to have no idea of the IVA. I just direct them to Payplan with my reference number seriously you do not need to worry about them I know its inconvenient and scary having to
remind them about the IVA all the time but I tend to do it in writing. As long as you are making your IVA payments and managing your budget you will be ok. Keep your chin up.
xx

Hello everyone, well thank you Payplan for acting so quickly and receiving such a reassuring email this morning from my Case officer. She acted quickly and efficiently. She rang and spoke to Tesco today and have faxed them my chairmans report (again),and apologised for all the stress I am feeling and reiterated that it is there job to deal with creditors.I feel so much better, lets hope the letters stop soon. Well done payplan.

Glad you've got it sorted.

Just don't let them get to you.

I'd been in an IVA for 2 years when tesco suddenly started harassing me, claimed they coudn't find me on the IVA register dispite me spelling everything out to them, and didn't believe I was in an IVA dispite contact from my IVA provider. The only thing that put an end to it was me printing out my details from the IVA register and faxing it to them. Touch wood been quite since...

Glad you got the reassurance from Payplan and they dealt with it effectively. Hope it ends here x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
