Does anyone have positive stories out acceptances to F&F offers within the first year of an IVA? The months it’s taken of adjournments is so stressful.

F&f offers at any stage of the ice journey are only put to creditors if there is a real chance of them being approved. Your IP should know what your creditors are likely to say yes to and not ...

It should not take any longer that your iva initial creditors set up process so if it is then you need to be pushing your IP to act faster.

Good luck and let us know how you go.

Reasonable F&F offers often get accepted by most creditors -- it saves them time and administration costs, gives them a "bird in the hand" and allows them to write off toxic debt from the books a few years earlier. Whisper is that this paperwork issue will be sorted sooner, rather than later - let's hope this is so.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I spoke to CF today and they said the paperwork should be sorted this week and I will find out a new date for the variation meeting end of this week.
