Power of Attorney problem because of my IVA

Hi, Barclays Bank are refusing to accept my power of attorney on my mothers account due to having a IVA, they say !! It’s there policy ?
I have not been shown this

Complain to the Ombudsman or maybe the Office of the Public Guardian can assist. A correctly issued POA is a legal document, they should not just be allowed to ignore it.

Is your mother still alive? If not the POA will have ceased with her.
